I have found part of the error...
KPustButton (at kpushbutton.h), as you said below is in kdelibs4-dev package.
The problem is that the file that should have the "#include <kpushbutton.h>"
is automatically generated during building using "uic" from a .ui (the GUI
file) and it is not correctly generated since i updated the debian unstable
packages about 10 days ago.
Can anybody help me please?
