Actually I've marked two bugs in one of my packages as woody and open even though they have been fixed in sid for quite a while now. This seems to be the wrong way based on your quotes from the policy but to me it seems a more sensible way of doing things. I may of course be wrong. -- * Dean's Rule #45.
