question about package with binary and library

Hi,

I want to package mozplugger, which is a new version of plugger (some of you may have heard of it). It creates one binary and one library (which is a *.so netscape plugin file). So does this require two packages? And when I run dh_make, should I choose single binary, multiple binary, or library? Maybe I will have to create my own files after dh_make, but that's fine, I just need to know what the proper way to handle this kind of thing is... Thanks.
