Here is hints for others like me: To search everyone in USA (c=us) $ ldapsearch -P2 -x -H ldap://db.debian.org -b ou=users,dc=debian,dc=org \ c=us |less Here, alternatives are UK (c=uk), France(c=fr), Japan(c=jp), Germany(c=de), All(use no c=).
