Well, as far as I can see, because of the glade2perl, and the fact that it also has perl libraries, I'd be tempted to say it was a binary package with libraries. However, if its main purpose was to have those libraries, and the glade2perl binary is just a small offshoot that doesn't really matter, I'd say it was a library.
