i want to package drac ( http://mail.cc.umanitoba.ca/drac/index.html ) a
pop-before-smtp tool.
But I don't know if the licence is free for the Debian Free Software
Guidelines ( http://www.de.debian.org/social_contract.html#guidelines ).
Here is it:
