Please can you
(a) Post this to -user, not to -mentors: if you read the description
of the various lists, you will see that that list is more
appropriate to your question
(b) Give a few more hints: for example, use the reportbug program to
report a bug, so that we know information about which version of
the software you are using.
This error message was generated by the PAM library, so you may also
do well to give the output of ls -al /lib/security
