Hi. Actually, this bug (while still being RC) belongs to a different category and I'm sorry for the confusion. When a package tries to access a website using https, the package also fails to build in the future (because the https site appears to have an expired certificate). So there is some kind of overlap between those two categories, and in cases like this one it's better to put it in the category "trying internet access". Thanks.
