Building sra-sdk 3.1.1 against ncbi-vdb 3.1.1 does in fact help a lot (no surprise -- releases are generally issued in lockstep and intended to be used together). However, it will evidently also be necessary to extend support_libre2-11.patch to cover recent additions to fasta_defline_matcher.hpp. I'll take a closer look when I get a chance. -- Aaron M.
