I've uploaded a NMU to DELAYED/2: https://bugs.debian.org/1067147 With those changes dcmtk builds fine on both armel and armhf. I've dropped the graphviz build-depend on those arches too, it can of course be reintroduced once graphviz become installable again. Emanuele
