Hi, pairtools has started to build-depend and also depend on python3-pysam and pysam is not available on s390x due to bcftools which does not work on big endian archs (see https://github.com/samtools/bcftools/issues/720) Hence please remove pairtools (all bin packages) from s390x so it can migrate to testing and be available on rest of the archs.
