Hi, Since htslib bump to version 1.16, ariba suffered from various issues raised in its test suite. I finally uploaded some long standing changes adjusting calls to the mpileup command, which migrated from samtools to bcftools, plus a workaround following some data test refresh needed after bowtie2 2.5.0 update. I also informed upstream of the remaining issues and fixes[1] slash workarounds[2].
