[Advent bug squashing] #1021423 of qtltools, #1011021 of libdeflate-dev

Hi,

the qtltools bug was a very simple one (thanks for the additional hint
Étienne) and libdeflate-dev simply had to be closed since it was done
several versions of the package earlier.
