Looking at it, it looks like it is stemming from insilicoseq's /usr/bin/iss and trying it locally with different dataset, I confirmed the problem. insilicoseq's iss binary is not compatible with the newer biopython 1.79. I patched it to work, not sure if it works perfect, but for sure better than earlier (completely broken) I tried locally, and it works now. I have uploaded insilicoseq with patch applied, and will try idseq-bench salsa CI once the next dinstall happens. Regards, Nilesh
