Sounds very good! BTW, if you are seeking new challanges: It would be great to have malt[1] and megan-ce[2]. Both repositories are untouched for more than three years. The point where I gave up is that both projects need code from each other and we somehow need to bootstrap one first by injecting the code from the other and once it is available make the other depend from it. At the time I gave up with this there were also problems with libsis-hdf5-java and I never managed to come back to this. So its not something that we need to hurry about - but the project itself is somehow known. But may be its not as important as gatk - so well, there are some challenges left for the new year. ;-) Kind regards and thanks again Andreas.
