Everyone and their grandmother is currently working on getting libcifpp 
through the ballot. Very much appreciated. But I just managed to release 
version 2.0.

Now what.
Should I wait until the dust settles and libcifpp-data is accepted by 
the might powers before trying to move my changes into salsa?
