Hello, I have not tried it yet. But we have something that looks darn close to a functional package of cmdock, i.e. the tool behind the community-hunt for an inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2.
There is a documentation shipping with the package that should make it into the package. Man pages are missing. And I seem to have messed up the library package. Anyway - it should dock. https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/cmdock Steffen
