According to bugs.debian.org there is a bug in libzeep (#973525), it
fails to configure. This bug should be fixed by the patch I submitted a
week ago.
Could someone please review my changes and upload?

Hi,
Just fixed the control file for libzeep, it contained a
Build-Depends-indep line but apparently this was not a smart move, it
makes the autobuilder stop at the configure step since it is missing
tools.
I also took the liberty to add mrc as a dependency, now that it is
included.
I tried to add a autopkgtest, but it is not as simple as adding a
script calling 'make test'. Tried that, but then I need to rebuild
everything first again, or I need to patch my makefile. Will do that
next time.
