I did some further changes (git pull). Due to my change to "Architecture: all"
which seems to be appropriate for a header only lib I stumbled upon
E: libargh-dev: triplet-dir-and-architecture-mismatch
usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ is for amd64
since the archive contains cmake input files in
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/argh
Unfortunately I don't know where those cmake file really need to be
put to in this case. May be you know right now - otherwise we need
to do some research.
