Dear all, It happens while I write, oncologists become increasingly aware of what data mining (their own and other groups') and molecular modeling can do to help forming their decision for a patient's best possible treatment and its monitoring.
I would love to hear (off-list is fine with me) from those who are in some way contributing to the decision making of such MTBs. What I would like to find out is if there is anything that Debian can assist with, obviously. Also, collaborative multi-centric consortia typically form between those who are funded by the same agency (city, state, ...), less so between them, and by putting local solutions on the table (Debian being the figurative table here) we may be surprising ourselves about how useful our distro can be. Best, Steffen
