-3 built on all release architectures. Its Ubuntu autopkgtest fails are
python-biom-format (as expected), and poliastro/armhf (looks like a
random hang, please retry). q2templates doesn't have autopkgtests, and
q2-types/q2-demux aren't in Ubuntu.
Note that the Breaks for q2templates is wrong because I didn't notice
that it had been uploaded (for unrelated reasons) since I added it.
If python-biom-format and/or q2templates are fixed after tonight, the
Ubuntu unblock process is
