Hello, The pigx-rnaseq waits for the acceptance of my patches for the datatables JavaScript packages (or alternative ways to fix the non-cooperation with rmarkdown and pandoc than adding extra symbolic links). I now headed towards the single-cell variant, starting with the injection of what I already had to salsa. There is more to do than I had hoped, still.
