Hi, I had packaged unifrac a few weeks ago at the team-repo. It builds fine however I see these lintian errors which I've no idea about:
E: libssu0: custom-library-search-path usr/bin/faithpd /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hdf5/serial E: libssu0: custom-library-search-path usr/bin/ssu /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hdf5/serial E: libssu0: custom-library-search-path usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libssu.so.0 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hdf5/serial Andreas had helped me with a few commits earlier wherein they removed the Rpath flag as well hence I have no idea about the source of these errors.
