As I said my attempt to build signalalign was a bit blocked by that
other dependency so I can not test. So I suggest we simply drop that
sonlib fork, inject the original one and you continue with what is
needed for your target. Later we see how to proceed with signalalign
and may be we can port some patches or so.

Do whatever you feel necessary to do with sonlib. It will be fine.
