Hi, I can make the test run successfully locally.

you must fix the  d/patches/fixTests.patch patch removing the change:

```
-        cdna_classifier = path.join(pkg_base, 'scripts',
'cdna_classifier.py')
+        cdna_classifier = path.join(pkg_base, '../../../scripts',
'cdna_classifier.py')
```
If you let that line as upstream, the test runs successfully.
