I see that the Bio::Perl newbie module was removed in 1.7.3, but I can't find the successor on CPAN or GitHub.
Any hints? This is blocking the acceptance of the 1.7.6 bioperl releases into Debian as this breaks the package "roary". http://sanger-pathogens.github.io/Roary A patch to roary that replaces the calls to Bio::Perl would also be appreciated. Thanks in advance, -- Michael R. Crusoe
