Hello! Hope this isn't spamming the list but thought it would be best just to ask. I am a developer on the OpenEMR php source code and we'd love to start including the package in the official Debian distros.
I have been reading lots of packaging, control files, etc and to be honest I am a bit lost as to exactly what to do for a non-makefile package. Since this is essentially a web application (PHP files only) there's no 'building' really just created a directory structure and packaging. Does it matter which tool we use to do that?
