FWIW, here is what I started crafting for it a while ago: https://github.com/luisibanez/debian-med-vista It may help as a starting point for discussion. It will have to be updated to catch up with the final settings of the fis-gtm package. Regarding the VistA version, fully agree with Bhaskar on using building on the efforts of the code convergence group.
