GinkgoCADx should work with ITK4, but:
* Shoul be patched (itkOrientedImage was vanished). Trivial patch.
* Color space interpretation in GinkgoCADx for gdcm2.0 is not completed yet.

We have just initiallized tests with debian unstable again.
