out of date error on buildd status

Hi, 
gbrowse has not moved to testing due to the following error: 


    • gbrowse is not yet built on sparc : 2.38~dfsg-1 vs 2.39~dfsg-1 (missing 3 
binaries: gbrowse , gbrowse-calign , gbrowse-data ) 


I see: 

sparc   2.39~dfsg-1     Build-Attempted         17d 5h 57m      lebrun  
out-of-date 


What is the meaning of this out-of-date? And what should I do?
