Indeed there were a couple of piece of code copyied from GDCM 1.x. So
I think the copyright is ok now. All I add to do is convert to UTF-8

This UTF-8 think is nasty as the text file opened correctly in vim,
the only way to detect the invalid caracter was to do a `cat`...
weird.

I reuploaded vtkedge, so if anyone wants to sponsor it I'd appreciate.
Andreas if you have some time at the end of the week could you sponsor
it ?
