Ok the C interface is good to go. The R interface actually ships a convenient copy of igraph and build with defaults that are not compatible. See the TODO file in svn+ssh://malat-gu...@svn.debian.org/svn/debian-med/trunk/packages/R/r-cran-igraph/trunk/debian It may take some time before I get the R interface working, I'll check with upstream what is the way to go.
