If you leave out the "WorldVistA EHR is a" part, yes. Short
descriptions should always be read as
<Packagename> is a <short Description>
so replicating this should be avoided.

Sure! I know this. Do you remember we met in OSHCA conference in
London 2003 where we also talked about VistA? When I heard the
product name of this large company I honestly expected to claim your
trademark rights into this term.
