Dear Users of RAxML,

interest in using RAxML.

If you do not want to receive this information any more please accept my
apologies and just send
an empty Email with subject "remove from RAxML-list" to [EMAIL PROTECTED] such
that I

RAxML has recently been updated and is now available for download as
RAxML-7.0.3 at
icwww.epfl.ch/~stamatak/ (software frame) together with an updated Manual
(v7.0.3).

New features:

- Many bug-fixes for version 7.0.0
- A hopefully more stable Windows executable
- Mac executables
- New option to read-in and use external AA substitution model
- New option to compute ELW-test (Strimmer and Rambaut, 2002)
- Automatic thread-pinning in Linux/Unix Pthreads version
- Usage of –N as an alternative to -# since the # character seemed to cause
problems with some
  batch job submission systems.

Comments and suggestions are always welcome.

Best regards,

Alexis
