Dear Andrea, do not hesitate to contact us on the debian-med mailing list (CC'ed) for that kind of issue. I think that we could have great synergies together. dialign-t-doc is in non-free because it is missing sources. I do not like it, but that is the way it works… Upstram of dialign-t offered his help, but strangely he never answered to any of my messages: http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/debian-med-packaging/2007-December/000889.html In our high-SPAM area, it may be that my messages never reached his mailbox (I do not use my ISP's SMTP server, and there are some places that blacklist me for this, although I have not head of places that drop my messages. In addition I know that there are a few MTU blackholes between me and the rest of the world). So maybe you can try to drop him a mail ? If we get the sources, I'd be happy to merge dialign-t-doc and dialign-t.
