Dear all, I have kind of completed my packaging of the AutoDockSuite. The package is lintian-clean but I might have missed something. May I asked for some scrutiny from your side before I upload it?
Upstream's package is GPLed, although a download of the tar ball requires registration at autodock.scripps.edu/downloads. I have their to redistribute their work on Debian. If a current user of AutoDock on Debian could give the binary a quick test, then this would also be considerably beneficial. I'd also need help with the man page for autogrid4.
