Hi Paolo, Good news that you bring this package to debian users, I have the feeling that the free software for microscopy imaging is a bit rare. I am trying to list programs of interst... any suggestion ? http://wiki.debian.org/DebianMicroscopy Also, I have looked at your package, and the copyright file is a bit contradictory: the disclaimer clearly says that imagej is in the public domain, but it is metionned before it that the "package" is GPL.
