Hi Roland, I talked with our CTI contact about the licensing of their ECAT software. The ECAT 7 format (for HR+ scanners) itself is open and available for anyone to code as they see fit.
He did not know what the source of the original code that m-matrix.h mentions. I'll send him more details, but I think we should ask about it upstream in xmedcon first. Have you been in contact with Erik Nolf about this? If he can supply the original code mentioned in m-matrix.h, I'll talk to CTI about it.
