If you would like to maintain a ppc64el image, then you provide an unofficial service outside of the scope of LTS. We only support security updates for binary packages and as I said that requires official Debian hardware and infrastructure. I don't think your project meets our requirements to become an official part of LTS but I assume some LTS users would find it helpful. Regards, Markus
