Are you working on Galera updates for (E)LTS? Do you want me to team
up with me? I could do the updates and you could simply review/approve
to help ensure quality is flawless?

Let me know what versions you want and to what release, and I will
post MR at https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/galera-4/-/merge_requests
for you to review.

Based on https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/galera-3 and
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/galera-4 no (E)LTS uploads have been
done yet (nor does the above linked git repo have newer versions
either).

Thanks for your work on Galera :)

Actually we jointly released galera-4 26.4.20-0+deb11u1 at the beginning of bullseye-lts:
https://lists.debian.org/debian-lts/2024/09/msg00010.html
https://lists.debian.org/debian-lts-announce/2024/09/msg00033.html
I wrote down your testing advice in our documentation at that time too.

The Git branch where this was also published appears to be 'debian/11-bullseye' (not 'bullseye' or 'debian/bullseye', maybe this needs to be clarified):
https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/galera-4/-/tree/debian/11-bullseye

I'd be happy to review your work again. Currently I believe bullseye already has the latest galera-4 stable branch, and there are no open CVEs to fix:
https://deb.freexian.com/extended-lts/tracker/source-package/galera-4

For galera-3 there's currently no plan to bump to 25.3.37 for buster&stretch, I believe we'll only backport future CVE fixes:
https://deb.freexian.com/extended-lts/tracker/source-package/galera-3

In LTS/ELTS we don't really have package maintainers, so feel free to ask on these lists for help in case I'm not available :)

Cheers!
Sylvain
