Thank you for your response. I'll try to remember to Cc you directly in the
future. Some other people do not like that so that is why I did not at
first.

I'll mark it as ignored, with a comment. I do not know of any better state.
We will not get any other fix from upstream at least. That is quite clear.

And honestly I'm not sure how to make any other solution than the solution
upstream provided.
