The first test rebuild using -B appears to have worked!  Thank you.
Interestingly, only the main binary .deb was built, and none of the
l10n .debs.

Yes, -B only builds the arch:any binaries. You can now build with dpkg-buildpackage -A to build with arch:all binaries.

I'll look at fixing this issue when I start looking at FF 128.
