note, that buster is not under regular security team support anymore but rather under LTS team support. So for the question should actually be redirected to the LTS list. *But* I checked and the build for amd64 failed (I strongly assume that it worked when Emilio prepared the update. So the amd64 builds were not available in fact. Additionally the DLA for firefox-esr has not yet been sent out, so I assume Emilio was just still investigating the build failure befure making the DLA advisory. Emilio, I have given-back the amd64 build once to see if it fully builds now, https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=firefox-esr&suite=buster-security and currently it's building.
