The changes to transition buster to LTS have been implemented, and buster is now
open for LTS uploads. I tested it with the xorg-server update and found a couple
of issues on the wanna-build side, but those are solved now, and things should
be fine.
IMPORTANT: before preparing/releasing an update for buster-security, make sure
there's no update to the same package being prepared for
buster-proposed-updates! The final point release is planned for late August or
early September, and the final date will be announced soon.
Note that this also means that any updates with only low impact issues could be
proposed for buster-proposed-updates instead of buster-security.
