today two packages were unclaimed for LTS:

LTS:
- cacti (Roberto C. Sánchez)
- qtbase-opensource-src (Utkarsh Gupta)

and none for ELTS.

Utkarsh probably claimed too many packages, 4: 
- debian-archive-keyring
- qtbase-opensource-src
- ruby2.3
- tiff

No DLAs have been reserved and haven't been published yet.
