I believe we will have to support 1.0.2 as some important software (e.g. openssh) use 1.0 in stretch. We will be backporting fixes, and other distributors (Ubuntu LTS, RedHat) will probably have to support 1.0.x so we can share and reuse patches with them. Cheers, Emilio
