That error has nothing to do with any changes you've made related to squeeze-lts. Somewhere in your sources.list file you have a "deb-src" entry referencing squeeze/updates - i.e. the squeeze-security layout - on http.us.debian.org, which is not a security mirror. Remove or correct that line, depending on what your intent was. (On a side note, you don't have to use ftp.de.d.o for squeeze-lts, that's just an example mirror.)
