I left comments on the 467 merge request. Sorry, I don't have the
capacity to get you more feedback from input method users this week.

I think there are good reasons to not include fcitx in Debian Live GNOME.

Do you ever publish a draft Debian Live image before the stable
release weekend? That could be useful for people who want to take a
look at these changes before release.

For my testing, I ran these commands to build the ISO from the
live-tasks git repo:
git clean -fdx # to avoid any possible conflicts with previous builds
sudo su
./test/rebuild.sh --configuration gnome --debian-version trixie
