I have updated our scripts for making the LinuxCNC live image to Trixie, but seem to have lost the splash screen.
The splash screen works fine in legacy BIOS mode in a VM, but in UEFI mode on a VM or on real hardware we get a dark blue Grub(?) screen to choose install / live boot etc. Any suggestions where to look? We do have a custom binary_syslinux, which seems to attempt to alter grub.cfg. https://github.com/LinuxCNC/linuxcnc-live-build/blob/bookworm/patches/binary_syslinux#L287 But looking at the binary/boot/grub/live-theme/theme.txt file after the build this does not seem to be taking effect. Is this the right place to concentrate? On a not-unrelated note, where is the config that builds the "real" Trixie live image?
