Dear Debian Live Team,
tzdata debian/NEWS says /etc/timezone is deprecated:
https://salsa.debian.org/glibc-team/tzdata/-/blob/sid/debian/NEWS
However, it is still being created by live-config's 0070-tzdata component.
Untested patch below.
